Gaëtane Thiney wins the French Women's Division 1 Player of the Season Award
Gaëtane Thiney won the French Women's Division 1 player of the season 2012 on Monday night in Paris.
Thiney was among a short-list of three nominees for the title of best player this season in the D1 Women Trophies UNFP. Two Lyonnaises players Camille Abily, Lotta Schelin and Juvisienne Gaëtane Thiney who were chosen by the National Union of Professional Footballers.
At the awards ceremony they paid tribute to Bruno Bini and the French Women's National team for their magnificent run in the FIFA Women's World Cup Germany 2011.

Elle a peux être gagnée ce trophée mais Lotta et Camille ont gagnée la coupe de france, la coupe d'Europe et bientôt celle du championnat....

Gaëtane va changer l'équipe d'une journée. Mais, elle est sage de rester fidèle à Juvisy.
