Personally, I bet PSG gets three or four players outside of Division 1 from the rest of UEFA. and, makes the strength of Division 1 be at 3 clubs: OL, Juvisy, and PSG.
But what do you think about transfers and acquisitions this summer with Division1 clubs?

There seems to be a striking difference between the English Ladies FA and the situation in France, Germany and Sweden. Briefly, less than 5% of the players in top English clubs are from outside the British Isles (incl the Irish Republic).
Out of 10 top clubs I looked at, 5 do not have a single foreign player while 5 do. Half of the clubs.
Out of 232 players, 10 are from outside the British Isles, of which 6 are from the former white British empire (2 each from Australia, Canada and New Zealand). The other 4 were one each from Belgium, Italy, Serbia and Spain.
Having read (and commented on) Romain´s news about transfers in the French Feminine League with a Swedish player being bought from a German club and a Brazilian player coming in, and all the refugees from the collapsed USA league finding a berth in Sweden, have you or Romain any thoughts about the state of the English game?

You may well be right. Although Man Utd infamously closed their ladies´ section in about 2005, most of the other clubs carry on and Arsenal Ladies have already won the CL once for England. If your estimate of 3M €uro per year for the basics to run a ladies outfit is correct, then the Premier League clubs can fund top women´s soccer without straining a gut. Let´s hope that UEFA can keep ladies football more like the NFL than baseball.
