It certainly is a key match. South-Korea needs to win while Italy could, just about, go through with a draw. That late goal conceded unnecessarily against Brazil may be expensive for the Italians. Italy having one player suspended and one on a yellow card, may be a bit passive.
If you contend that ladies´ soccer is destined to be a game of the nations around the Pacific ocean, with Europe as a backwater and dragging Africa down with them, a South-Korean victory is good. If we want Europe (and Africa) to have a significant role in ladies´ football, an Italian victory would be useful, just like the USA taking the Olympic gold was.

Korea Republic dominated and had the best opportunities. The team confirms the good impression left against Nigeria on first match (in spite of the defeat). Once more, Italy shows nothing, even if they play in a less nasty way than against Brazil.
