The Matchworld Women's Cup 2012 – Brazil, Canada, Colombia and New Zealand

Matchworld Football SA is pleased to announce the organization of the second edition of the Matchworld Women's Cup from 14th to 17th July. Four world-renowned women’s national teams will compete: Brazil, Canada, Colombia and New Zealand. Each team will play two matches, which will allow them to have an ideal preparation before the big event of this summer in which all four nations will participate: the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London.

The program of the tournament is the following:

Saturday 14 July 2012 in Châtel-St-Denis (Stade du Lussy):

4.00 pm: New Zealand V Canada

7.00 pm: Brazil V Colombia

Tuesday 17 July 2012 in Savièse (Stade Saint-Germain):

4.00 pm: New Zealand V Colombia

7.00 pm: Canada V Brazil

Tickets for each day of the tournament cost between CHF 10.- and CHF 20.- (entrance is free for children until 16 years old) and are available:

In all ticketportal outlets: 280 train stations, 100 Hotelplan offices, and all big Manor and Coop-City shops
Tickets will also be on sale before every match at the box office of the stadiums.

CBF is irresponsible ... first they said Brazil, Russia, NZL, Canada and others two teams... yesterday they said Ireland, Canada, Brazil and Colombia... and today the official site of the tournament denies their... CBF needs confirm their information before publish it in their website! It's a fault of respect with brazilian fans.

I am going there :) Will be awesome to see those teams playing!!

Does anybody know why New Zealand is not playing Brazil?? Or why columbia is not playing Canada at that tournament??

That's fantastic!! If you take photos we would love to see them :)

We will have more information of this tournament coming soon, so I will see if I can find out why those teams do not meet.

Yeah, I def will make phots, when I'm going to meet my role models!! Maybe even a short video or so...

Ok, that'd be interesting to know. Maybe because NZ and BRA in the same group at the olympics...?
