Comment by Ken Suzuki on April 14, 2013 at 14:46 Just finished watching the video of Kansas City vs. Portland. (Great quality video for a stream, by the way.) I guess majority of the fans had predicted numerous goals for a team of Morgan/Sinclair. But KC did a wonderful job. The two most dangerous strikers of the world did not even have many scoring opportunities. And KC did not achieve this by playing defensively. They are active and aggressive in offense too. And who is this magnificent Renae Cuellar? Never saw her in 2011 WWC.

Comment by A-Hamm on April 13, 2013 at 23:00 Be sure to watch the streams! http://www.youtube.com/NWSLsoccer
NWSL responded to a fan on twitter who asked if games will be televised, and they said "Yes, TBA Soon." So it looks like there will be some games on TV. Nice that they will be streamed as well. There's also an official shop now NWSLshop.com
Comment by A-Hamm on April 5, 2013 at 19:40 Another great milestone for Thorns...7,000 season tickets sold. They've sold more than a few MLS teams (Colorado, San Jose, Columbus, Chicago and maybe Chivas)
Comment by Women's Soccer United on March 29, 2013 at 15:33 That's fantastic news @A-Hamm!
Comment by A-Hamm on March 29, 2013 at 15:22 Fantastic update: Merritt Paulson said on twitter that based on Thorns season ticket sales, he fully expects them to average at or above 10,000 fans per game. Hopefully this encourages other MLS teams (Vancouver Whitecaps, perhaps?) to want a team.

Comment by A-Hamm on March 23, 2013 at 17:40 Some odd/interesting news today... Thorns had Men's & Women's shirts that said "Feeling Thorny?" for sale that they removed...they were apparently big sellers accounting for half of the Thorns' merchandise sales, but some people were offended...
I think they're funny and harmless. Plus, I hate when things like this happen because just a small number of people don't like it (its still a free country). I don't like the Kardashians, so I don't watch...I don't try to get them cancelled!
