Dear Miss soccer,
Im very interested in the tournament that is being staged every other year. We are a organization called Dlala Ntombazana girls soccer development, we promote football develop for girls from the ages 8-19 years old.
We started this program in 2006 with 34 schools and 348 girls, we have grown to 3361 players up to date. We also provide lifeskills throug soccer, we also provide coaching courses, referee courses, HIV/AIDS and counseling courses to educators and coaches, we focus mainly on girls and young women.
Most of our players come from informal settlements, living with abuse, infected and afected by the deadly virus that is destrying families and future leaders. WE use soccer as our vesel to fight these deceases that is trying to destroy our future leaders.
We also use any platform to develop our players, and the Peace Cup is a posibility. Could we have more information on how to take part in the tournament, or let us know of other tournaments that we can take in.
This would be a great oportunity for our South African players to get to know more about other players, clubs and cultures.
Hope to hear from you all soon,
Josina Tellie
