Comment by Håkon Mørk on October 26, 2011 at 21:22 Norway 'only' beat Belgium 1-0, but it must be seen in the context of a stomach bug taking down half the defensive line and an injury to Isabell Herlovsen. In that case I'll take any win.

Comment by Håkon Mørk on October 26, 2011 at 18:17 Italy took a very big step towards the Euros today with their convincing 2-0 win over Russia - not allowing a shot on their own goal according to UEFA. Russia seem to not get many results by throwing money and foreign coaches (Pauw, Benstiti) at the team.
Looking forward to Netherlands-England, hope Netherlands can keep up their good form; a home win would mean they would 'only' have to win the 4 remaining matches to qualify as group winners.

Comment by Women's Soccer United on October 17, 2011 at 17:43 That's fantastic news, thanks Debs :)
I will definitely be looking out for you and your sister in the crowd. I am very jealous, it should be a brilliant contest.
