Comment by Women's Soccer United on August 31, 2012 at 10:02 @Hiroshi, what's your thoughts on Japan meeting the Germany (who have yet to concede a goal!) in the Semi-finals?
Comment by Women's Soccer United on August 31, 2012 at 9:35 That's fantastic about the TV attendance, Hiroshi
Comment by Hiroshi Umezu on August 31, 2012 at 9:28 Besides the attendance record (24,097), the average viewer rating for prime time should be more strongly emphasized.
According to Video Research Ltd. and Sports Nippon, the average television audience rating of Japan's match against Korea Republic reached 17.6 percent in the Kanto region, and reached 14.7 percent in the Kansai region, even though it was broadcast live on peak-time television.
Comment by Women's Soccer United on August 30, 2012 at 20:24 Great photos Hiroshi!! Tokyo's National Stadium looks great with such a full crowd. I think they can beat even that attendance at the next stage.
