Share 'Best coach ever. What makes a great coach?'

My best coach ever was a guy called  Nigel Spence  at  University of New England ( Armidale , Australia) who loved the game and his enthusiam  was  infectious. He also explained ideas to the whole  group and was able to demonstrate.    Would  love to hear other people's  opinions  on  this  topic
