Norway beat Sweden after penalty shootout - Highlights - Algarve Women’s Cup 13th March 2013

"Sweden did their best to offer the third place to Norway despite being the better team :) However, I still believe Sweden will do very well in Euro 2003. They have a great squad and a fantastic coach to tailor it to a winning team."

Sampedro & Putellas: Excellence in the making

Spain starlets Amanda Sampedro and Alexia Putellas first appeared in the international arena in 2010. In 2010 UEFA Women's U17 Euro, two wingers took the team to their first title ever, with the help of some other notable talents such as Raquel Pinel and Sara Merida.
