Women's Soccer United said… That's good you are having intense physio, that will hope the recovery. I can understand with the psychological support needed as well, it will take a bit of time but once you build your confidence back up, it will start to get easier :) The fact that you love the game helps, because it will drive and motivate you to get back to what you do best.
I used to play, but not anymore unfortunately. But I enjoy supporting :):)

I bet you can't wait to play again, and I can understand you are nervous it is hard to come back from a injury. Will you be having physio to help with get the strength etc back in the knee, you have to be careful until you are 100% fully fit.
