The Confederation of African Football conducted the final draw for the eighth African Women Championship to run from 28th October to 11th November 2012 in Equatorial Guinea, at its Cairo Headquarters. Cameroon beat Ghana 1-0 to secure their first All Africa Games Gold Medal

Banyana Banyana midfielder Kylie-Ann Louw wins player of the year for a third consecutive season

Banyana Banyana midfielder Kylie-Ann Louw has been honoured as the Southland Conference League Female Athlete of the Year for a third consecutive season. Louw now holds the record for being the first player in history to win the award for the third successive year.

Banyana Banyana resumes London 2012 Olympic preparations in Stellenbosch

Banyana Banyana national head coach Joseph Mkhonza has included three uncapped players in a 24-strong squad that will train at the Stellenbosch University Sports Performance Institute (SUSPI), Western Cape from Thursday, 12 April 2012.
