OGC Nice on the road to D2 ?

Ciara Grant retires from international football after a 17-year career with the Republic of Ireland's women's national football team

Ciara Grant, the Republic of Ireland’s most capped women’s player, has announced her retirement from international football.

Grant, who will be 35 in May, was captain of the senior team for the past seven years.

Bahrain have signed Jordanian Maher Abu Hantash as the new head coach of the women's national football team

This was confirmed yesterday by Bahrain Football Association (BFA) technical director and competitions committee head Hassan Ismail.
