Faye White (England captain) backs the British Olympic team

England captain Faye White insists women's football needs a British team at the London Olympics.



The Scottish, Welsh and Northern Irish Football Associations want no part in a 2012 team, for fear of jeopardising their status in future tournaments.



However speaking to BBC London 94.9 White said: "It's purely for the good of the game we have the best players."

Women's Champions League Semi-Final (1st Leg) Fixtures (9th / 10th April 2011)

After some very competitive quarter-final matches the winning teams are now preparing for their women's Champions League Semi Final battles, which take place on the 9th and 10th April (At the time of writing there is no confirmation to which match is on what date, I will update this as soon as it is confirmed).
