USA 3 – 0 China behind closed doors Friendly Women’s Match 23-05-2012

Yesterday’s training session for the USA consisted of a 90-minute behind closed-door’s training match against China, both teams will meet again for the main game on May 27th at PPL Park in Chester, Pa.,more than 15,300 tickets have now been sold for the this match, it should be a great atmosphere.

Banyana Banyana midfielder Kylie-Ann Louw wins player of the year for a third consecutive season

Banyana Banyana midfielder Kylie-Ann Louw has been honoured as the Southland Conference League Female Athlete of the Year for a third consecutive season. Louw now holds the record for being the first player in history to win the award for the third successive year.

To add to her achievements, Louw scooped up two more awards – Soccer’s Most Valuable Player (MVP) and Athlete Scholar of the Year for excelling on the field as well as in the classroom.

Scotland women's national coach Anna Signeul has named her squad to face Sweden

FIFA have thrown their support behind a Philippine women’s football league

Cardiff Met Women's Football Team wins National Premier League and secures a place in UEFA Women's Champions League

The Welsh National Premier Women’s League Play-off was played at Llanidloes on Sunday between the winners of the southern and northern premier leagues, UWIC and Wrexham Ladies.
