Yes, I'm the manager and my daughter is the coach (We both have our level2 badge)
She played for the same team as a youngester until she was signed up by Oxford Utd. She now coaches our clubs U10's while playing for Oxford Utd Ladies and also their academy sid, and I'm there to offer support and guidance as well as all the paperwork!!
2 players of AZ went to the FA WSL, but no Dutch player from AZ. I think some of them will have a change to go and play there, but most of them will go and play for another team in the Dutch competition.
No I don't play soccer, I like to follow/ watch it :P
the tournament is not well promoted, no. i'm afraid the portuguese football association isn't really that focused on women's football, so the algarve cup is quite overlooked in the media here. and not many people watch the games, no.
i'll give the direct link for the blogue when it's created :)
I'm a full back (I think that's the name for it!) :)
one of the portuguese channels usually broadcasts the games, but not online, unfortunately. I'm sure you'll see some photos/articles, but not sure you'll understand them, though, they'll be in portuguese :) they'll all be in a blog we'll be creating in my newspaper's website, which is www.expresso.pt
