I started as defender (right-back) played there for a lot of years then played centre back.
I only played in midfield or striker when it wasn't an important game lol.

The World Cup Wall Planner basically has every team / match / fixture of the world cup from group to final. With spaces for you to fill in the scores and progress the teams as you go. It helps to keep up with who you can potentially meet in the next round - I will have a look online to see if i can find you one you can download and print.

Yeah you have to be very fit to play midfield - I did try it but I ended up just running a lot but not making much impact on the game lol!! Yeah there is pressure in defence and just one mistake can lead to the opponents getting a goal!

Well I'm doing my best, and lately I'm in progress...my biggest problem are high, long balls, which is kinda logical...lool
