FIFA have revealed the final nominees for the FIFA Women’s World Player of the Year award 2012 and the FIFA World Coach of the Year for Women’s Football 2012 in a press conference today attended by FIFA President Joseph Blatter.
The three nominees for FIFA Women’s Player of the Year are Abby Wambach (USA), Alex Morgan (USA) and Marta (Brazil)
They were selected from the short-list of ten players that was released in October 2012.
The three nominees for FIFA Women’s World Coach of the Year 2012 are Bruno Bini (France WNT), Norio Sasaki (Japan WNT), Pia Sundhage (USWNT).

The FIFA Ballon d’Or 2012 final selections were announced today in Sao Paulo, Brazil with two Brazilian icons present, Marta and Ronaldo.

I agree @Alexandre, it was not Bruno Bini’s year although leading up to the Olympics the French national team were very successful they were unable to bring home a medal. I think that France will win a major tournament soon though.
congratulations to Pia Sundhage and abby wambach, in my opinion bini did not deserved it this year (bad choice for the Olympic Games, problem with Sonia bompastor)
