have been waiting for this news, thanks! Do we know when teams attending/games will be announced?

We are not sure when it will be announced.
The team’s attending are normally similar to the previous editions, however, this year Sweden and Norway will not be able to attend as they are competing in a mini qualifying tournament for Rio 2016. It will be interesting to see who replaces them for 2016.
