Scotland take on Iceland in Reykjavik on Saturday 1st June, before facing Germany in Essen two weeks later.

Women’s under-19 captain Siobhan Hunter has been handed her first senior call-up. The Hibernian defender impressed during the recent UEFA Women’s Under-19 Championship elite round.

Anna Signeul said: “Siobhan has showed great commitment and has worked very hard to get to where she is now.

“She reads the game well, she’s good in the air, in 1 v 1 situations, and strikes the ball well.

“I was very impressed with her displays during the elite round matches, particularly her attitide and commitment. It is very encouraging that we continue to see young players with the potential to progress from the youth ranks.”
