Australia confirm friendly matches against Austria and Scotland.
Football Federation Australia (FFA) has confirmed the Westfield Matildas will play two internationals against Austria and Scotland during their European tour.
On Tuesday 7 April, Australia will travel to the Stadion Villach Lind in Villach to take on Austria before heading to Falkirk to play Scotland on Thursday 9 April.
The international friendly fixtures are part of Australia’s preparations for the FIFA Women’s World Cup which takes place in Canada this summer.
The Westfield Matildas have been involved in training camp at the Australian Institute of Sport training centre in Italy following the recent Cyprus Cup in which Australia finished in 5th place.
