WSU’s Community Coach Award Presented by TeamSnap
WSU’s Community Coach Award Presented by TeamSnap is awarded to coaches involved in women and girl’s football, either at independent clubs or in schools.
In partnership with TeamSnap, a simple app with powerful team management features, we want to give recognition to the incredible coaches around the world who play an important and inspirational role in the lives of women and girl footballers in the amateur game.
One of the reasons TeamSnap was set up was because the founders of TeamSnap believed that coaches could have an amazing impact on kids’ lives. TeamSnap wanted the coaches to spend time working with the athletes, not wasting time with logistics. Hence, the creation of the TeamSnap app.
Our search starts in the UK and Ireland, so if you know of a worthy nominee tell us about it now!
What we are looking for in our winner?
We are looking for an outstanding coach that dedicates their time to building a happy and rewarding environment for women and girls to pursue the game. The winner does not necessarily have to have a superb winning record but focuses on teaching, developing and improving players.
The winning coach will receive an ipad mini courtesy of TeamSnap as well as recognition and promotion on the Women’s Soccer United website and social media.
