Day 5 at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2016
Day five at the FIFA U-20 Women’s World Cup 2016, will conclude the action in Groups A and B.
In Group A, Korea DPR have already booked their place in the quarter-finals of this competition having won their opening two games against Sweden and Brazil to put them top of the table. An exciting clash between Brazil and Sweden will decide who will join Korea DPR into the next round. Brazil have the slight advantage with better goal difference they would advance in result of a draw.
Group B is much more open with all four teams still in with a chance of qualifying. Current group leaders Spain need just a point against Nigeria. Japan are currently in second place, on the same points as Nigeria but with better goal difference, they will be looking to defeat Canada in their final group fixture in order to book their place in the next round.
