Day One at the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 – Group Stage (6 June)

It’s finally here! The FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 kicks off today in Canada as 24 teams battle it out to become World Champions!

Hosts Canada will kick-off the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 against China PR in Edmonton. Canada and China PR met earlier this year at the Four Nations tournament. Canada were the winners in that meeting, as they beat the Chinese 2-1.
