Denmark v New Zealand – International Friendly (15 January 2015)

Rematch in Turkey! Denmark and New Zealand face each other for the second time in three days as they go head to head on 15 January, kick-off at 8:00 GMT.

New Zealand are currently in Belek, Turkey as they continue their preparations for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015. On 12 January, the Football Ferns played the first of two international friendly matches against the top European side Denmark.

In the first meeting, New Zealand took the lead in the 40th minute through Annalie Longo. Despite holding their lead for more than 45 minutes, Sanne Troelsgaard netted the equaliser for Denmark in the last minute of the game to end it 1-1.
