Eight Clubs Are Licensed To Play In Denmark’s Women’s League In 2020/2021

Eight clubs have been licensed by the DBU Women’s Elite Committee to play in the best Women’s League In Denmark The Gjensidige Kvindeliga for the 2020/2021 season.
The women’s league is at this moment on Hold due to the corona crisis. Playoffs and qualifying games should have been played by now.
Brøndby IF, FC Nordsjælland, Fortuna Hjørring, VSK Aarhus, FC Thy – Thisted and KoldingQ and are the six clubs in the playoffs where they play for medals and Champions League participation.
OdenseQ and BSF will play qualification games against Vildbjerg, AaB, B93, HB Køge Pige. And Kvindeelite will need to qualify for Gjensidige Kvindeliga in the coming season. The six teams fight for two places.
OdenseQ and BSF have played in the Women’s League until the qualifying game, while the other four clubs come from 1st Division East and 1st Division West respectively.
