Mo Marley announces 30-Player England squad for training camp in La Manga
England women’s national team interim head coach Mo Marley has announced a 30-player squad to take part in a 10-day training camp in La Manga this month.
Among Mo Marley’s 30-player selection is the return of Gilly Flaherty and Drew Spence of Chelsea Ladies, as well as Rachel Daly of Houston Dash.
Casey Stoney is joining the technical staff for the England training camp in La Manga. Stoney is currently working towards her UEFA A Licence.
The European Champions, Netherlands will also be in La Manga and they are planning to play England in a training match on 23 January.
The camp will serve as great preparation for England ahead of the return of their 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
The Lionesses’ next home game is their FIFA Women’s World Cup 2019 qualifier against Wales on Friday 6 April (7pm).
