England to host France in an international friendly in October
England and France will go head to head in October in an international friendly match as both nations prepare for next year’s UEFA Women’s EURO 2017 tournament.
England, who are 5th in the latest FIFA World Rankings will play third-ranked France.
The match will take place at the Keepmoat Stadium in Doncaster on Friday 21 October, kick-off at 8pm (local time).
The last time these two sides played each other was during the SheBelieves Cup in March this year which ended in a 0-0 draw.
Both England and France have booked their place at next summer’s UEFA Women’s EURO 2017 tournament, which will take place in Netherlands.
The draw for the Euro 2017 finals will take place in Rotterdam on Tuesday 8 November.
