France will take on Australia Westfield Matildas in their final Euro 2013 International women’s football preparation   match on Saturday 6th July 2013 at 20:45 CET.

 

Australia Westfield Matildas are currently on a European tour of International friendly matches, there most recent fixture was against the Netherlands on 29th June where they were defeated 3-1.

 

France are using the challenging international friendly against Australia to conclude their preparation for Euro 2013 which kicks off next week! France are in Group C at the tournament alongside England, Russia and Spain. Their opening match is against Russia on 12th July 2013, view match details.

    @WSU – Hmmm… not sure but I know they’re defending the Asia Cup next year which is in Vietnam (I think?)  Be great to see how they do against Japan.

    @Susie, I thought that the Matildas played really well and were deserved winners. They all gave 100% and took the chances they were created.
