German World Cup Winner Annike Krahn joins Bayer Leverkusen
Bayer Leverkusen have signed German international Annike Krahn. The World Champion and two-time European Champion comes from the French club and Champions League finalists Paris St. Germain, for she was under contract for three years. With the experience of 116 internationals they should strengthen the defense of the work clubs.
“Annike fits human and athletic exactly to our requirements. It is an incredibly experienced player who has managed with its fabulous setting on their position to the world leaders,” said Bayer coach and athletic director Thomas Obliers, together with Krahn in FCR 2001 Duisburg the trophy and the runners-fetched. “We hope that they continue to help our young team with their qualities on the defensive and her great personality.” Krahn played in the Bundesliga before the FCR Duisburg.
