The European Champions Germany will host the World Champions Nadeshiko Japan on Saturday 29th June 2013 at 17:45 CET.

 

The exciting International friendly fixture will take place at the Allianz Arena in Munich. A record breaking crowd is anticipated for the match, with about 46,000 tickets sold so far already! Beating the previous record of 44,825 on 22nd April 2009 for the match between Germany and Brazil.

 

The last time these two teams faced each other was at this year’s Algarve Cup, where Germany beat Japan 2-1 in the group stage.

    No, I’lm afraid I don’t know anything about Fifa TV. As for any DVD or video of the 2011 WC matches, I think taht our Japanese friends Hiroshi and Ken could know more about it.

    Wow! Great to have other fans who are as enthusiastic as I am! All the images I have are from ESPN, the US network dedicated to sports programming. I see that your image of Saki is from FIFA TV. Do you happen to know if there are any publicly available FIFA TV recordings of the World Cup, perhaps on DVD or downloads of some kind? There are a few short clips on YouTube, but most are not very good, and even many of those are from ESPN.
