Silvia Neid names Germany squad for Algarve Cup 2015
Algarve Cup reigning champions, Germany has announced its squad for the 2015 edition which kicks off on 4 March.
Germany women’s national team head coach, Silvia Neid has called up 23 players to the squad to compete at the Algarve Cup 2015.
Included in the German squad is Celia Šašić who is set to make her 100th international appearance at the Algarve Cup! The attacker made her senior squad debut ten years ago on 28 January 2005 against Australia.
Germany are in Group A alongside Sweden, Brazil and China PR. Take a look at all of this year’s Algarve Cup groups.
