Ada Hegerberg, Amandine Henry and Dzsenifer Marozsán are the three nominees for the 2015/16 UEFA Best Women’s Player in Europe Award
From a shortlist of ten, Ada Hegerberg, Amandine Henry and Dzsenifer Marozsán have been selected as the final three nominees for the 2015/16 UEFA Best Women’s Player in Europe Award.
The final vote is on 25 August.
Norway international forward Ada Hegerberg has made a huge impact for both club and country, her former Lyon team-mate (now with Portland Thorns FC) and French international Amandine Henry also made list alongside Germany international Dzsenifer Marozsán who has recently made the move from 1.FFC Frankfurt to Olympique Lyonnias.
All three previous winners of the UEFA Best Women’s Player in Europe Award were from Germany and have now retired: Nadine Angerer (2013), Nadine Kessler (2014), Célia Šašić (2015).
