Australia will host Brazil at the Queensland Sports & Athletic Centre in Brisbane on Sunday 6 April (kick-off 3pm) as part of a two-game international friendly series.
The Westfield Matildas are using the matches to help them prepare for the AFC Women’s Asian Cup – a FIFA Women’s World Cup 2015 qualifying tournament.
Coach Hesterine de Reus has selected a 23-Player squad to take on Brazil: Teigen Allen, Laura Alleway, Mackenzie Arnold, Nicola Bolger, Hannah Brewer, Tameka Butt, Kim Carroll, Stephanie Catley, Brianna Davey, Lisa De Vanna, Rhali Dobson, Casey Dumont, Kathryn Gill, Katrina-Lee Gorry, Amy Harrison, Michelle Heyman, Elise Kellond-Knight, Alanna Kennedy, Leena Khamis, Clare Polkinghorne, Vedrana Popovic, Hayley Raso, Emily Van-Egmond.
Among the selection, Rhali Dobson, Casey Dumont and Amy Harrison are all in line to make their senior international debuts.

Marta will not travel with the Brazil squad as she has picked up a thigh injury.
Australia recently competed at the Cyprus Cup in which they finished 7th place.
Brazil and Australia have played against each other on 9 previous occasions, of which Brazil have won 6 and the Matildas have won 3. The most recent was at the FIFA Women’s World Cup, where Brazil earned a narrow 1-0 victory in the group stage.
The game will be broadcast on ABC TV.
