Japan and Korea DPR have qualified for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup Jordan 2016.
Japan and Korea DPR are the first two teams to qualify for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2016, they join the automatically qualified hosts, Jordan.
Japan were first to secure their place after beating Thailand 8-0 in the first of today’s AFC U-16 Women’s Championship semi-finals.
In the slightly later fixture, China narrowly missed out as Korea DPR beat the hosts 2-1 thanks to a Ri Hae-yon brace.
Japan and Korea DPR will contest the AFC Women’s Championship Final on Sunday 15 November whilst China PR and Thailand will battle for bronze. You can watch the matches live on Women’s Soccer United thanks to our friends Eversport.
