Japan Women’s Selection Team to visit Jordan and Palestine in mid-October to play three friendly match’s one with Jordan on October 17 in Amman, and the other against Palestine on October 20 in Bethlehem and October 22 in Ramallah.

The 18-member squad will be guided by Midori Honda, assistant to Japan women’s Under-20 coach Hiroshi Yoshida.

    I think Germany is the most difficult opponents for Les Bleues in History…

    Here are the 9 former matches with only two French wins and 7 German ones.(the first number is France, the second Germany) :

    1991 (Friendly) 0-2 in France
    1992 (F) 0-7 in Germany
    1993 (Cyprus Cup) 0-3
    1999 (F) 1-4 in Germany
    2003 (F) 1-0 in France
    2005 (Euro) 0-3 in England
    2007 (Algarve Cup) 1-0
    2009 (Euro) 1-5 in Finland
    2011 (WC) 2-4 in Germany

    So, that will be two big tests. And if Les Bleues play the first leg in Germany without th Lyonnaises because of the mobcast, that would be very likely… a catastrophe !
