Ken, have you heard anymore about Sameshima’s injury?, I believe it was her knee, do you know how serious it is, and will it effect her loan to the Houston Dash?

Nadeshiko Japan defender Aya Sameshima of Houston Dash has been forced to pull out of Japan’s Algarve Cup squad after picking up an injury. Megumi Kamionobe of Albirex Niigata was called up in her place.

Well, yes. Megumi Kamionobe impressed many at the Empress Cup final. But her teammate Kitahara is in the roster. If you checked the game you will see she was THE defender who guarded against Bev.
