Natalia Pablos Sanchon joins Arsenal Ladies from Bristol Academy
Arsenal Ladies have announced they have signed Spanish international Natalia Pablos Sanchon from Bristol Academy.
Natalia Pablos Sanchon scored nine goals during her 19 appearances for Bristol Academy in last season’s FA Women’s Super League.
The forward was previously a member of the Spanish Women’s Primera División club Rayo Vallecano Femenino whilst the Arsenal manager Pedro Martinez Losa was head coach. During which, the pair won the Spanish Cup in 2008 and league titles in 2009 and 2010.
Losa commented on Arsenal.com: “Natalia is a player I know very well from our time together at Rayo Vallecano.
“She was a natural goalscorer in Spain and she has proven she can score goals in England too with Bristol. She has a great character and will add a lot to our team. I am very pleased she has decided to join us.”
This is the second signing in less than a week from Bristol Academy to Arsenal Ladies as it was announced Jemma Rose had signed for the London club.
