The play-off draw for the final 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup berth featuring Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Switzerland took place today.

The European play-offs has two stages, which will be played over two legs on 1-9 October and two legs on 5-13 November.

The Winner will claim the final European berth at the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup alongside hosts France, England, Germany, Italy, Norway, Scotland, Spain and Sweden.
Journey to the World Cup 2019 Play-offs
Norway defeated the Netherlands 2-1 on the final night of European qualifying action to claim the automatic World Cup 2019 qualifying spot! The reigning European Champions will have to face the play-offs with Belgium, Denmark and Switzerland, with only one ticket to the finals left up for grabs.
Norway won Group 3 on 21 points (ahead of the Netherlands on 19 points), they join the other group winners who automatically qualify for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.
