Statement from Women’s Soccer United’s Founder.
After what has been an incredible journey of over 11 years celebrating amazing achievements and experiencing some wonderful opportunities leaving me with memories that will last a lifetime, I feel it is time for a new venture.
Women’s Soccer United has made a significant impact in the world of women’s football and for me personally it is time to give myself a new challenge and leave WSU in the capable hands of an individual/organisation who can carry on what we have started.
What we have witnessed over the years has been unbelievable and with passion, dedication and belief, I know that women’s football will continue to break down those barriers and achieve rapid growth.
Women’s Soccer United is a HUGE business opportunity for anyone who wants to take it on; it brings the world of women’s football together, uniting the players, clubs and fans. It is still the biggest source of global women’s football content providing coverage from a number of leagues and tournaments and giving a platform and voice to those involved in the sport.
Women’s Soccer United has achieved noteworthy numbers, there was a massive 44,496,300 impressions on the WSU Twitter accounts, and 3,028,502 total post reach on Facebook! The website receives over 150,000 monthly visitors during major tournaments!
I am happy to work alongside a partner/organisation to help with the transition.
