Preparations for UEFA Euro 2013 continue as the hosts Sweden take on Norway in a International friendly at the Arena Linköping on Saturday 1st June 2013 at 15:30 local time.


Sweden head coach Pia Sundhage includes Hedvig Lindahl in the squad as one of four goalkeepers for the first time since her knee injury. Sundhage’s most surprising selection is debutante Jenny Hjohlman, the forward has earned caps at U17, U19 and U23 level and Pia has revealed she is looking forward to see how Jenny competes with the full Internationals.

    The sad truth is: the relationship among the Far Eastern countries are so tensed right now that any sport competition is politicized. All the more reason we must treasure a foreign player like Soyun who plays in Japan.
