Sweden squad announced for the international friendly match against Scotland on 26 January in Gothenburg.

Sweden are in preparation for their crucial Rio 2016 ‘UEFA mini’ Olympic qualifying tournament against Norway, Switzerland and Netherlands which takes place in March. Only one team will qualify for the Rio 2016 Olympic Games.

The international friendly match will kick-off at 18:00 CET at the Prioritet Serneke Arena, Gothenburg.

Two players called up to the squad have not yet made their senior debut; Emelie Lundberg (GK) and Petra Andersson (M) of Swedish Damallsvenskan club, Eskilstuna United DFF.

Kosovare Asllani who recently ended her contract with French club PSG has not made the selection, Lina Hurtig and Malin Diaz are just returning from injuries but all three are not ruled out for the upcoming Olympic qualifiers.
