Great blog, thank you Zladan 🙂

The Netherlands are tough opponents, it will be interesting to see how they get on in their final preparations matches and see who makes the final squad.

The only categories I could “vote” are the NT and Best Player.

Not having Yui Hasegawa playing, I don’t know anything about her. I would have liked to see the U20 South-Korean Jeoun and her lovely hair-bun nominated…

For Best National Team of the year, it’s very tight… The Nadeshiko (senior Japanese team) would deserve it. Let’s not forget that before going to the Final in the Olympics (and a great match in final !), they played a great Algarve Cup and beat USA…. U20 Young Nadeshiko and U17 DPR Korea were both impressive in their respective WC…

Fot Best Player, I’d vote Yuki Ogimi for this year, even if Aya Miyama and Homare Sawa are amongst my personal favorite World players. Yuki had a fantastic year with Potsdam and was brillant with the NT. I think she deserves the award.
