Trine Rønning named new Norway Women’s National Team captain
The Norway Women’s National Team’s management has today announced Trine Rønning as their new captain.
Trine Rønning will lead the Norway Women’s National Team at this summer’s FIFA Women’s World Cup in Canada.
The Stabæk player revealed at the press conference that this was something she had dreamed about since she was little.
Trine Rønning has 150 caps for Norway and has been taking control for the injured Ingvild Stensland. Now Rønning will wear the captaincy on a permanent basis.
