9th African Women's Championship draw

I’m so excited about the #AWC Draw!!

I have been waiting for this since the day we qualified for this tournament!!

I don’t see it as a (Dis)advantage to us as ALL the teams are tough to be grouped with! All these teams have been preparing well towards the tournament and are just as hungry as we are to reach top 3. This will probably be the toughest AWC Tournament since I have started representing my country in this event!

I do believe that we will do well as we have a few more weeks to prepare and sharpen our Skills, Fitness and become stronger before the Championship! Most of these teams rely more on their physical abilities such as their strength and speed but we will focus on what works better for us and our style of play which is……Wait and See

Banyana Banyana is a completely different team since our well Experienced Coach Vera Pauw has taken over! I am enjoying every moment on the football pitch with her and grasping every little detail of her knowledge of the game!!

I am certainly looking forward to the tournament and I cannot wait to compete!!

My 100th Cap is coming up in the next game we play so I am over the moon by reaching such a milestone in my career! Its been a great and challenging journey for me with NO regrets!! I love representing my Country and I will serve for as long as they need me!

Watch out WORLD…..South Africa is RISING HIGH
