Today INAC Kobe was the home team but the venue was in a city called Aizu to the north of Tokyo not Kobe. Kobe’s 48 straight winnings in regular season comes to an end. It was in October 2010 they lost for the last time. (Of course, they lost at 2012 League Cup final.)

The 5 matches of Kobe vs. Okayama in 2013 is like a quality drama. When the final whistle was blown today my memory jumped to the scene Miyama fell on ground when Kawasumi scored at 92′ at League Cup Final.

I was expecting more from Urawa after seeing their last game in which they beat Okayama solidly. It looks Beleza deployed more of their veterans rather than the usual teeagers today. Otaki is not in bench yet, but Naomoto entered pitch at 89′.

Wow, wow ! INAC defeated at home by the Belle ! That’s amazing ! With two goals by Miyama… Isn’t it INAC’s first defeat in the league in two years ? Even more ?

And Urawa who succeeds to have a draw at NTV Beleza, that’s a real performance too. Traditional question : were Naomoto and Otaki playing at last ?
